When the architecture of a venue is this stunning, a simple and sophisticated styling approach is required. Gold and marble details created a sense of elegance in the space, whilst the sleek bar and minimalist lighting brought a contemporary feel to the 100 year old building.
The industrial white interior was freshened up with a clusters of oversized green foliage that were placed throughout the space, and suspended from the turn of the century ceiling beams.
WRAYS End of Year Sundowner | The Flour Factory, Perth (formerly known as VennGallery)
Styling this event was all about balancing a sense of nostalgia with strong masculine touches, that reflected the venue and the client’s business.
Cigar boxes filled with succulent gardens created a natural and fresh colour palette and provided a unique talking point for guests. Minimalist black and white signage combined with paired back floral arrangements brought an understated elegance to the event, whilst geometric shapes were used to give the styling a contemporary edge.
Housed within one of Perth’s original horse stables, there was plenty of inspiration to draw on when styling this charming event.
Clusters of native greens with pops of yellow and coral Leucospermum were suspended from the ceiling beams by rope that we dipped dyed to complement the natural colour palette. Natives were also scattered throughout the space in antique apothecary jars and bottles that blended seamlessly with the turn of the century building.
New Year's Eve is the night to BRING THE BLING. We loved transforming these vintage lampshade frames into glamorous chandeliers through layers of metallic gold and silver fringing. The shimmering beauties were then suspended from the buildings turn of the century ceiling beams.
Bright florals and paper lampshades in jewel tones added to the festive atmosphere, and put everyone in the mood to celebrate.
